The Department of Workforce Development works under the Ministry of Home Affairs and is responsible for labor relations, training, and career development in Bermuda.

We offer various services for Bermudians to enhance their professional skills and help them land a job best suited to them. We offer career counseling, resume writing, and job readiness programs and also help candidates prepare for interviews, assist in professional development, organize summer employment programs for students and much more.
